Please rest assured that your voucher has NOT been withdrawn. We are very sorry for the confusion. MHACY Residents Help to Save Energy with 511 Rideshare. 511NY Rideshare offers a variety of opportunities to carpool and share rides saving money and helping to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality. 511NY Ride Share is a program run by the New York State Department of Transportation.
