MHACY has worked to advance its mission of providing affordable housing through partnerships with private affordable housing developers. Through these partnerships MHACY has assisted in the development of over 400 affordable apartments in Yonkers. Specifically, affordable units are now located in Grant Park I & II, Park Vista, Park Terrace, Schoolhouse Terrace and at 188 Warburton Avenue. MHACY will continue to partner with private developers to increase affordable housing in the city.
MHACY affiliated developments are privately managed and operate independently of MHACY’s portfolio of properties. Individuals and families interested in the MHACY affiliated properties must contact the management of the affiliated property directly for vacancies or to be on the property’s waiting list.
