REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR SECTION 8 PROJECT BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM
CALENDAR YEAR 2021
The Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers (MHACY) is inviting owners and developers of New Construction rental projects, within the city of Yonkers to submit proposals for participation in the Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program (PBV). MHACY will make Project Based Voucher units available under this RFP in the categories as explained and defined in the RFP. Proposals are due by 4:30pm EST on June 16, 2021. In order for a proposal to be considered, the owner must submit the proposal to MHACY by the published deadline date and the proposal must respond to all requirements as outlined in the RFP. Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed. MHACY will rate and rank proposals using the criteria outlined in the RFP. A proposal package can be obtained on the MHACY website at www.mhacy.org.
