Westchester Parks Foundation will be relocating its Camp Morty operation to Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers for the 2021 season.  The traditional sleepaway camp was remote last year because of COVID and because of the current climate will transition into an in-person day camp for underserved children in Westchester County ages 8-15 who receive services from Westchester County DSS.

Camp Morty Day Camp will have many of the same programs campers enjoyed in previous years- Arts & Crafts, Sports, Outdoor Adventure, Drama, and many other favorites. All camp activities will take place outdoors with a large tent available to provide shelter in case of inclement weather. Camp Morty will provide breakfast, lunch, and a snack to all campers in attendance. Families will have two options for transportation to and from Camp Morty Day Camp. Families may drop off and pick up campers directly to Tibbetts Brook Park. Families can make use of their camp bus that will transport campers from White Plains to Tibbetts Brook Park (exact location TBD).

Both new and returning campers are encouraged to apply for open spots.  Sessions run on a weekly basis, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 2021 summer sessions will be as follows:

Session 1: July 6 – July 9

Session 2: July 12 – July 16

Session 3: July 29 – July 23

Session 4: July 26 – July 30

Session 5: August 2 – August 6
